BBVA, one the largest financial institutions in the world, aimed to enhance their customers' personal finance management. I spearheaded a new feature for their mobile app, ranked as among the best by Forrester in 2019. The goal was to streamline financial tasks enabling users to customize automatic actions, thus saving time and effort while promoting better financial habits. These actions were rooted in behavioral economics, using gamification and automation to alleviate mundane tasks. The resulting feature, Self-drive Account, launched successfully in Spain, Mexico and Turkey. As the sole Product Designer for the Spanish team, I played a pivotal role. This project won the prestigious Service Design Award by BID (Bienal Iberoamericana de Diseño) in 2020.
