I partnered with School House New York (acquired by Front Row) to redesign the e-commerce site for Cuvée Beauty, an indie luxury hair care brand. I focused on a user-centric approach to reimagine how customers would discover and buy beauty products, in most cases new to them with a high price point. I worked closely with the brand and marketing teams to create the new user experience strategy. After extensive research, I refreshed the user experience with a strong focus on information architecture and new user flows.
